Bio – Adam Rose

Rose was born as the son of a would-be Rabbinical cantor and an opera singer. He embraced music at an early age and excelled at tap, jazz, and ballet.

Having developed a passion for live theatre, Rose landed a role on stage with Theodore Bikel in The Gathering and went on to tour with three consecutive productions – including the pre-Broadway tour with Hal Linden.

At the age of 10 he played Mel’s son in the Woody Allen film Deconstructing Harry, he also starred as the voice of Peanut Otter (P) in the cartoon PB & J Otter on the Disney Channel. He had guest spots in several other shows at a young age, including Third Watch and KaBlam! Throughout his time on stage, Screen and in recording booths, Rose continued to grow his love for dance, and at age 15 became the youngest person to ever teach dance at the renowned ‘Broadway Dance Centre’ in New York.

While continuing to study the dramatic arts at New York’s famed LaGuardia High School of the Performing Arts, he appeared on the hit series Malcolm in the Middle, The Sopranos and the Comedy Central movie The Hebrew Hammer, starring Adam Goldberg. Adam then went on to have guest roles in a slew of popular shows, including Without a Trace, Aliens in America, Bones, My Name is Earl, Weeds, Harry’s Law, Mr.Sunshine, Castle, Necessary Roughness, Suits, Twisted Tales, NCIS: New Orleans, Santa Clarita Diet, Modern Family, L.A’s Finest, IZombie and New Amsterdam among many more, including the role of Aaron Bass in the Supernatural Episodes: Everybody Hates Hitler and The One You’ve Been Waiting For, Famously helping the Winchesters defeat Hitler reincarnate.

In-between all of those roles, he was in the films Camouflage, The Bounty Hunter, The Back-up Plan, Horror Flick Phsycophonia and Comedic Drama Literally, right before Aaron. He played the recurring role of Max in Veronica Mars in 2006 and later reprised the role in the revival of the show in 2019. That year he also played the role of Todd in the Netflix original Christmas series Merry Happy Whatever with Dennis Quaid, and had a 4 episode arc in the TV series Carol’s Second Act. Of course, Adam Rose became recognisable worldwide when he became a viral TikTok Sensation – ‘Blue Cardigan Guy’ racking up almost 6 Million followers and almost 200 Million likes on his brilliant dance moves and funny, entertaining videos on the platform!

Recently he lent his voice to the character ‘The Earworm’ in the cartoon Hamster and Gretel and we can’t wait to see what’s next for him!
