Hub Trek 2023
Come along to Hub Trek 2023, a weekend of fun, festivities and fantastic guests! This event will feature the guests live on stage for stories & anecdotes, as well as the meaning of life and the universe. There will be merchandise as well as rare collectibles available to purchase from the dealers, an amazing raffle as well as an auction of rare items. You will have the chance to meet the guests and acquire autographs and professional photographs. And for those who want to go all in, there will be an exclusive VIP panel and a Platinum meet and greet with the guests.
Kate Mulgrew, Robert Picardo, Jess Bush, Todd Stashwick and Melissa Navia will be appearing Friday 13th and Saturday 14th October 2023 in Sydney and Sunday 15th October 2023 in Melbourne.

Absentee Packs
If you can’t make it to the event, why not purchase an absentee autograph from one of the guests present at the event?
Absentees will be available to purchase in the Hub Authentics store three weeks prior to the event being held. Each autograph comes with a Hub Authentics Certificate of Authenticity (COA) with matching tamper-proof holographic stickers (COA price is included in the listed absentee autograph prices).
Photograph Opportunities
This is a great opportunity to have your photograph taken with the guests and every effort will be made to have them available on the day for collection before the autograph sessions start. Please note that photographs are limited and there will be no other photograph opportunities with the guests. Please note that photographs are only available for purchase on the day!
You may have up to 2 adults in each photo opportunity (not including the listed guests), unless otherwise specified.

Autograph Opportunities
Autographs are at the listed price per autograph per actor, including autographs on personal items. All autographs are signed in person and will be sold on a row-by-row basis (or on entry as determined by event requirements) on the day. Autographs may be limited. Please note that autographs are only available for purchase on the event day!

Please note that if you are not having your own item or professional photograph signed, an 8x10 image will be provided to be signed.

Day ticket – $160
These are single day tickets, either for Sydney or Melbourne. They include:
– Entry to the event for full day of programming on Saturday in Sydney and Sunday in Melbourne (with the exception of the VIP panel)
– Access to merchandise vendors;
– Opportunity to purchase professional photograph tokens with all event guests.
– Opportunity to purchase autograph tokens for all guests.
Please note that seating is allocated based on when you make your booking, behind the Platinum and VIP sections. As photograph and autograph opportunities may be sold at the event on a row by row basis, early booking is strongly recommended.
VIP Ticket – $750
These are single day tickets, either for Sydney or Melbourne. They include:
Entry to the event for full day of programming;
Reserved seating, behind the Platinum ticketholders;
Access to merchandise vendors;
Priority queueing for photos and autographs, only behind Platinum ticket holders;
1 autograph from each guest;
2 separate individual professional photographs, one with Robert Picardo and one with Jess Bush;
Entry to the VIP panel, featuring Robert Picardo and Kate Mulgrew on stage together (details to be advised to ticket holders prior to the event);
These tickets are very limited!
Platinum ticket – $1250
These are single day tickets, either for Sydney or Melbourne. They include:
Entry to the event for full day of programming;
Reserved seating in the front few rows;
Access to merchandise vendors;
Priority queueing for photos and autographs;
1 autograph from each guest;
1 separate individual professional photograph with each guest;
Entry to the VIP panel, featuring Robert Picardo and Kate Mulgrew on stage together (details to be advised to ticket holders prior to the event);
Entry to the Platinum meet & greet function on Friday night in Sydney or Sunday night in Melbourne. Please note that the function includes finger food and two drink tokens for house beer, wine or soft drinks. A cash bar will be available for further drinks purchases.
